Ferry to France on Wednesday now...Monday 19Nov 2012

Just sat in the hostel chatting with others all morning and have almost caught up on the different time zones, my pics, the blog, my work and have actually felt like going for an early morning jog the last 2 mornings, so this weather is working it's magic.

Went for a stroll around town in the afternoon looking for some new boots as my other little ones, the first ever pair I have owned, died yesterday.

Apart from that burst of afternoon energy, it's been a very nice relaxing time as my time in Ireland at the beginning of my trip draws to a close. I fly out of Dublin in March and will have another week over here then, so am not too concerned if I missed anything this time round.

Just at the back of the hostel is the city bus station...
For all electric ciggy puffers...
The streets are always full of people. This is the widest street in Dublin...
The massive spire in the centre of town...cost 4 million Euro...A great landmarker for the likes of me!
More lovely Xmas widow decorations...
And more...
Another lovely city square building...
I like the silhouette of the statue here...
The hustle and bustle of lunch time shoppers in central Dublin...
Trying on a coat...Oh the fashions...awesome! 35 Euro...about $43 AUSD for this little beauty. I did not buy it tho'.
..and they wheeled their wheel barrows, thru the streets broad and narrow, singing persimmons and grapes-a fresh- a fresh- o!
Hunted everywhere for days for a new pair of boots and figured that about 25Euro was the best price I could find and not even for a style I liked. Then I came upon these little pink numbers and fell in love with them...and the leopard ones too...but I needed some sensible walking boots instead, so opted for the blackish boots and was surprised when the attendant said they were all reduced from 24 Euro each to 9 Euro each...so I got them all...for the price of one pair! Woowhoooohhh. The strange thing is, they were the only shoes in the whole dept store on sale and the pink ones were the only ones left in my size too! Yahhhyyy for Ireland!!!
